Refund & Exchange Policy

Sale & Promotional Terms & Conditions

Pre Order products are not included in sale/promotions unless mentioned otherwise. 

During peak sale/ promotional times please be mindful there may be reasonable delays regarding order fulfillment and shipping. 

No further discounts can be applied to sale and promotional items. No rain checks.

Sale discounts are not available for orders already placed prior to a sale, even if they have not been dispatched.

My Little Manor will happily provide an exchange on promotional items purchased within 14 days of purchase and if the products are unused, in original condition and in original packaging. Return shipment is at the cost of the customers. Products permanently on sale or are final clearance are not eligible for exchange, refund or credit note.

 

Playhouses & Furniture

In the event you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase My Little Manor is happy to provide either a refund (less a 15% restocking fee) or a credit note for the full purchase amount valid for 12 months provided items are returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Any postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items purchased on sale or promotion are final sale and not eligible for a refund so please make your selection carefully.

Any orders canceled prior to dispatching will incur a cancellation fee of 10%, this includes pre-orders and goods in stock.
