DELIVERY OF PLAYHOUSES: Please note freight prices are for delivery to Metro areas only. Should you require delivery to a location outside of a Metro area you are welcome to contact sales@mylittlemanor.com.au for a personalised freight quote. Please be aware if the actual cost to deliver (charged by our freighter) is higher than the price quoted on our website at the time of purchase, you may be required to pay the difference.

Installation & Safety
Installation
- This product must be erected on a solid, 100% level surface
- This product must be assembled by an adult (2-3 required)
- Product may contain sharp points and small parts prior to assembly which pose a choking risk to children under 3
- This product will need to be gapped with weatherproof sealant prior to assembly. For further information please click here

- Adult supervision is recommended at all times

Maintenance & Warranty
Our playhouses are made from real timber. Being a natural product timber will expand and contract with weather conditions which can result in small gaps or fine cracks. To make your playhouse waterproof you will need to apply a weatherproof sealant (such a Selleys Storm Sealant) between the timber roof slats and to any other gaps or fine cracks prior to assembly.
We recommend repainting and re-gapping your playhouse every 6-12 months or as need (if the paint fades or gaps appear) to increase longevity and ensure your playhouse is weatherproof.
Regular maintenance checks are recommended to ensure all parts and fixtures are tightly secured and intact to prevent failure, injury or hazards.
